Pamplemousse on the Bay is located within the recently remodeled Southgate Towers in South Beach. We created with this unique waterfront location an upscale Fish, Seafood and Prime meat restaurant like never seen before in Miami Beach. Our Miami/Tulum beach design, open kitchen, and Mediterranean garden on the patio, Sand patio seatings, a selection of designer's furniture have been the main focus of the entire project to give Pamplemousse on the Bay a unique personality.
