About our Restaurant
Our Executive Chef Isabelle Baril created for Pamplemousse a unique Menu offering an exquisite fusion of Mediterranean and Latin Cuisine using the finest quality local ingredients, with seafood and fresh fish locally sourced, Wagyu and Prime meat cuts. Chef Isabelle was born in a small village in Quebec Canada where she learned the art of butchery from her dad, the local Butcher. Isabelle's culinary and crafty skills have led to numerous television appearances from The Martha Stewart Show to Master Chef.
